They have tremendous amount of viewership and seems like a perfect material for these shows. I will send email to these guys but if more and more peple can make them aware of this development, this news can potentially snowball. :D

Do they specifically mention only these VFS ? I have my interview in Mumbai but then will proceed to North East on vacation. If it is any VFS, Calcutta is much convenient (and economic) for me. Also do they have an option to submit the passport to consulate directly?

I just told the nurse who was taking down my vaccination info that I had Chicken Pox in my childhood. That was enough to preclude the varicella shot. She didn't ask for a titre to confirm it.
My immigration doctor told me that if i had chickenpox in childhood i do not need the varicella vaccine? Which i did at age 5. Please, let me know if anyone else was told the same , i will be going back to him on Wednesday for the physical exam. I don't want to get a RFE on that.

Yeah, am using a cordless phone. I dont remember but even with corded phone I guess I had this issue. And the cordless phone is DECT 6 phone which shouldn't interfere with the wireless connection that is at a different frequency.
And what alternatives do you feel could solve this problem?

tracker site data is fake....... tracker site has employees sitting in India...... those employees create fake ids and fake profiles....... then they write post using those fake ids to create an impression that there are lot of people posting on the tracker site...... if you look at title of most threads...... they are framed in the manner that will be inviting most others to write on the thread.......... every few days these employees sitting in India..... using a fake profile ........ start a new thread with a title something like .... 'i got it i got it ' or ' i am green' or something similar..... and using other fake ids the same bunch of employees ask fake questions from op..... who is also a fake handle...... so the data there is totally fake..... that data represents the need of the tracker site to make people to come to their site...... that data does not represent the sample data...... not even close.....

I cannot believe you are saying this. Are you actually saying that you will let stuff like this happen just because you think your company might get rid of you if you complain? Laws are designed to prevent this exact kind of thing. I personally would, to quote a Hindi movie dialog, take a sledge-hammer and change the geography of the abuser's face. On a more practical note, I would lawyer up, collect evidence, spin up a multi-million dollar lawsuit, and use settlement money to sip MaiTai on some beach in Lanai, while the harasser gets to suck on cock-meat sandwiches in the nearest penitentiary.
Sense of guilt... the guy who is breaking the law should have that. Not the victim who wants a reference. C'mon grow a penis!

I am july 3rd filer, still waiting for receipt. In your e-mail you said there was LUD on your I-140 date 07/28. What it means...did you file I-140 and I-485 together? is there any connection in getting receipt of I-485 and LUD on I-140, just curious becasue I am also seeing LUD of 07/28 on my I-140 but my I-140 got approved in 2006.

Like everyone else i periodically come to IV and get to know the trends of whats happening. Thanks to everyone like qsek,teddy,vdlrao and many more who are contributing and trying to get some clarity into the backlog mess.
Having made a one time contribution was enough to get access to donor forum or so i thought. I really did not know that you need to have a recurring payment to get access to the donor forum.Most paid content websites may have that model but somehow I am uncomfortable with that idea here, and i am sure there are others who may feel the same.
Come up with a one time payment for one years access. It could be 300.00 USD to start with which is the same as 25.00 USD for 12 months which is the minimum you guys have set up. Many more will be comfortable with that.
Its just like rubbing me on the right side and you get my money ;), a trick which my wife exploits to the fullest :rolleyes:

It's the protectionist lobby which is screwing the country.

we can easily see eb2 getting completely approved.
